Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you order from Soukno. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with all original tags attached. We're unable to accept returns where tags have been removed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your Soukno account and visit your Account Profile page.
  2. Locate the relevant order and select Request a Return or Exchange.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
  4. Once your request is approved, we'll email you the return address and any further instructions.
  5. Arrange shipping with your preferred carrier and send your item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Once your return arrives at our studio, our team will carry out a quality check. As soon as your item is approved, we'll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Important: Include Your Order Number

To ensure your return is processed promptly, please include your order number inside the parcel. Returns received without an order number may experience significant processing delays.

Returns are shipped at the customer's discretion and risk. We're unable to take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit, so we always recommend using a tracked and insured service.
