Shipping
Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. All Soukno orders are dispatched directly from our studio.
How much does shipping cost? You can find our full shipping rates on our Shipping page. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping; otherwise a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
How long will my order take to arrive? Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Asia: 4–7 business days
- United States & Europe: 7–11 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–15 business days

Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sales taxes? International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
Can I track my order? Yes — every Soukno order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses? Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order? Log in to your Soukno account, visit your Account Profile page, locate the relevant order, and select Request a Return or Exchange. Once your request is approved, we'll email you the return address and further instructions.
Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
How long do I have to return my order? You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes — return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does my refund take? Once your return arrives at our studio, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Refunds may take an additional few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can all products be returned? Items marked as Final Sale are excluded from returns, exchanges, and refunds. Final Sale status is clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. By completing your purchase, you agree to these conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
Orders
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed? We're unable to modify orders once they've been confirmed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at feelinggood@soukno.studio as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund so you can place a new one.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within one hour of being placed. Please email feelinggood@soukno.studio and our team will take care of it.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout.
I need an invoice for my order — where can I find it? You can download your invoice from your Account Profilepage. If you need any changes, please contact us at feelinggood@soukno.studio

How do I know which size is right for me? Most Soukno pieces are made from stretch-friendly fabrics and are offered in XS/S and M/L, with some styles available in One Size. How often do you restock pieces? We produce in limited quantities and don't typically restock.
Where are Soukno pieces made? Every Soukno garment is designed and produced entirely in our own studio. We don't outsource to third-party manufacturers or external suppliers — every step of the process, from pattern-making to final finishing, happens in-house. This allows us to maintain full control over quality, work in small batches, and ensure each piece meets our standards before it reaches you.
